Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CryptoEarning Network, including its website, accounts, community functions, games, tasks, sponsor actions, reward systems, CEN Coin balances, and any related features made available by the operator.

By accessing or using the platform, creating an account, or participating in reward activities, the user agrees to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Users must meet the minimum age and legal eligibility requirements established by the operator and applicable law.
• Account information must be accurate, current, and maintained by the user.
• Credentials must be kept secure. The user is responsible for activity occurring through their account unless prohibited by applicable law.
• The operator may require verification or additional information where reasonably necessary for security, reward integrity, withdrawals, or compliance.

3. One Account Per Person; VPN and Proxy Restrictions

• Only one personal account may be created or maintained per individual unless the operator expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.
• Duplicate accounts, alternate reward accounts, account farming, coordinated abuse, or attempts to bypass reward limits are prohibited.
• VPNs, proxies, anonymizers, automated access, manipulated device or network signals, and other methods used to hide or distort identity, location, or eligibility may be prohibited for registration, reward participation, and withdrawals.
• The operator may review, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules or present reasonable abuse risks.

4. Rewards, Tasks, Games, and CEN Coin

CryptoEarning Network may provide opportunities to earn CEN Coin or other platform-designated rewards through games, tasks, sponsored actions, referrals, engagement programs, challenges, or other activities.

• Rewards are subject to eligibility rules, validation, sponsor requirements, completion criteria, anti-fraud checks, and account good standing.
• Displayed reward amounts may be adjusted, reversed, withheld, or rejected if activity is invalid, duplicated, fraudulent, incomplete, chargeback-related, sponsor-rejected, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
• CEN Coin is a platform reward unit as defined by the operator. Its features, redemption options, conversion utility, and withdrawal treatment depend on the live platform rules and may change over time.

5. Conversion, Withdrawals, and Compliance Controls

If and when the platform enables conversion, redemption, or withdrawal functions, such features may be subject to availability, regional restrictions, minimum thresholds, identity or fraud checks, compliance screening, wallet compatibility, operational delays, transaction limits, fees, or third-party service rules.

The operator may delay, refuse, reverse, or investigate a withdrawal or conversion request where it reasonably believes additional review is required to protect the platform, users, advertisers, or legal compliance.

6. Sponsored Content, Offers, and Advertising

The platform may display advertisements, sponsor placements, rewarded ads, promoted tasks, offerwall opportunities, or other monetized content. Sponsored or promotional placements should be identified where appropriate.

• Third-party offers may be governed by separate sponsor terms and eligibility rules.
• The operator is not responsible for a third party’s independent products, websites, policies, or decisions, except as required by applicable law.
• Users must not manipulate ad views, sponsor conversions, task completions, or attribution systems.

7. Community Content and Conduct

• Users must not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, spammy, or malicious content.
• Users must not impersonate others, misrepresent partnerships, or promote scams, deceptive financial claims, or unauthorized solicitations.
• The operator may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content where appropriate for safety, rules enforcement, platform operations, or legal compliance.

8. Prohibited Activity

• Fraud, bots, scripts, scraping, exploitation of bugs, automated task completion, click manipulation, emulator abuse, reward farming, or traffic laundering.
• Attempts to interfere with platform security, availability, code, databases, advertiser tracking, or reward systems.
• Use of the platform to violate law, third-party rights, sponsor rules, or payment/withdrawal controls.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, code, icons, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator unless otherwise stated. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the platform in accordance with these Terms.

10. Changes to the Platform and Terms

The operator may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features, rewards, CEN Coin utility, sponsor campaigns, platform rules, and these Terms. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable manner where required.

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reward opportunities, specific earnings, sponsor availability, conversion rates, token value, withdrawal timing, or the continued availability of any particular feature.

Nothing on the platform should be treated as investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for evaluating their own participation and compliance obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or platform interruptions arising from use of the service.

Any final production Terms should be reviewed to ensure liability provisions are appropriate and enforceable in the operator’s governing jurisdiction.

13. Suspension and Termination

The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where it reasonably believes a user has violated these Terms, created abuse or security risk, manipulated reward systems, engaged in duplicate-account behavior, or where action is necessary for legal or operational reasons.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

The final production Terms should specify the governing law, venue, dispute process, and any arbitration or class-action provisions if the operator chooses to use them and if enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction.
